Bank of America Forclosures Halted in Utah

The Salt Lake Tribune discusses Attorney General Mark Shurtliff’s appeal to the 10th circuit claiming that Recontrust, a foreclosure arm of the Bank of America, does not have authority under Utah’s trust deed foreclosure statute to perform foreclosures.
