Adam began his career at a large New York firm where he worked for 5 years in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. This entailed both high level corporate transactions (such as large asset purchase agreements and sophisticated credit agreements of various types) and civil litigation (fighting over the carcasses of large corporate bankruptcies in federal court). In Utah, Adam has focused his practice on civil litigation and complex estate planning. Adam has achieved numerous settlements and judgments in excess of a million dollars for his litigation clients and has handled over a billion dollars in various transactions for corporate clients.
